In the 1970s, civil rights leaders fought against educational inequality in Mississippi, and as a result of their work, the school was renamed to Mississippi Valley State University in 1974. In the time since, MVSU has grown to over 2,000 students and has garnered numerous achievements. In 1965, its marching band, the Mean Green Marching Machine became the first predominately African American band to play in the Tournament of Roses parade. The forest green, red, and white Delta Devils have been honored to have the likes of Jerry Rice play for their football team. We're very proud to include MVSU in our officially licensed apparel offerings. When you order from this collection, a portion of the proceeds will be given back to MVSU! Whether you're a student, alumni, or supporter, shopping our Mississippi Valley apparel will provide aid for the school.
We've got the on-trend looks you've been searching for to rep the Devils! Keep your look fresh and comfortable in the Mississippi heat with the infamous OUTKAST shorts. Together, these make for a look that everyone on campus will be asking you about. No matter where you're going—to class, a chapter meeting, the gym, out with friends, to a formal event—we offer the right options for just about anything. For those cooler days, our hoodies and crew shirts have a soft make that'll keep you warm and ready for anything.
