Mr. Legacy: All It Takes Is One Scholarship

HBCU FAMILY! 

It is a HUGE honor and blessing to announce my first Mr. Legacy: All It Takes Is One scholarship. This month, I will be providing $10,000 worth of scholarships for current undergraduate HBCU students. 

My sister, Tayler Murray is a current educator in Atlanta and she graduated from Howard University’s Class of 2016. I wanted to launch this scholarship in honor of her celebrating her 5th year graduation anniversary as well as me celebrating my final semester of undergrad at HU. 

Tayler was instrumental in me becoming a Bison and in true form -All It Takes is One - one person, one moment, one thing to change your trajectory in life and I am forever grateful for her leading the charge. 

For the HBCU Legacy to continue, I cannot stress enough the importance of giving back and continuing to uplift our communities. I would personally like to take this time to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who has played a role in my journey to The Mecca. The lessons, values, and experience Howard has given me are things that I will cherish forever and I am excited to begin my Legacy as a (soon to become) graduate of an HBCU. 

The application is open until 2/28 and is open to ALL HBCU undergraduate students.
