15th Annual HBCU Alumni Alliance 5K Run/Walk

In partnership with organizations such as the Atlanta HBCU Alumni Alliance, Legacy History Pride is pleased to share with you the #MyHBCUGiveback initiative. We are focused on making an impact at the college level.

This year the Alliance is celebrating a milestone as they prepare to host their 15th Annual Atlanta HBCU Alumni Alliance 5K Run/Walk!

We are excited to help them build on their virtual success by bringing back by their physical run walk to Piedmont Park! Along with the in-person run walk, they will continue to keep the virtual component of the run walk for all their supporters who joined them from across the country and around the world.

In addition to this, they are excited to announce that this race will celebrate John R Lewis’ activism as a pioneer student activist and a human rights leader by hosting a Good Trouble Community Day in his honor during the Run/Walk.

The HBCU Alumni Alliance affiliates in Washington D.C. and Philadelphia will join this effort as they all come together to raise funds for our students, honor John R. Lewis’ activism and promote healthy lifestyles by jointly hosting the HBCU Run/Walk in their respective cities.

These efforts seek to encourage HBCU alumni and donors to further strengthen attendance through financial donations. We ask for your support as we continue to help raise scholarship funds.

As our 501(c)(3) partner, we have collaborated with the Atlanta HBCU Alumni Alliance on the following initiatives:
